MR. Indrajit Chattopadhyay

Work Experience -

       Mr. Indrajit Chattoyopadhyay joined Judicial Service on 07.09.1981 as Munsif by qualifying in the WBCS(Judicial) Examination 1980 conducted by the Public Service Commission West Bengal.. He was promoted to the rank of Asstt. Dist. Judge in the year 1996 and thereafter he became a member of West Bengal Higher Judicial Service in August, 2001. He was Additional District and Session Judge at Diamond Herbour, South 24 pgns, at Islampur within the District of Uttar Dinajpur and held the post of 1st Special Court West Bengal at Alipur holding additional charge of four such other Special Courts in Calcutta and also handled C.B.I. cases.

       He was promoted as District & Session Judge Howrah on 02.07.2009 and remain there till 18.11.2010. Thereafter he served as the Judge, City Civil Court IVth bench, Calcutta, Registrar(Admn) Hon'ble High Court in calcutta and thereafter as Legal Remembrancer, Govt. of West Bengal before he joined this tribunal on 9th January, 2012.
